The annual conference will bring wipes industry leaders to Nashville for sessions on sustainability, regulation, materials and consumer trends and technology.
The World of Wipes® (WOW) International Conference will convene at the Grand Hyatt Nashville in Nashville, Tenn., June 29-July 2, 2026. The annual event, organized by Cary, N.C.-based INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, is dedicated exclusively to the wipes industry. Industry leaders, innovators, brand owners, suppliers and technical experts will gain insights into the rapid evolution of the wipes industry under the theme “Redefining Wipes: Smart. Sustainable. Scalable.”
The event will cover a variety of topics including sustainable packaging trends, legislative and regulatory developments, technical standards, emerging raw materials, chemistries and formulations, brand-owner perspectives, global market dynamics, consumer insights, disruptive technologies, as well as the impact of today’s challenging business environment.
WOW Highlights
Attendees new to the industry can take the Wipes Development course during WOW June 29-30. The 1.5-day development pre-conference course covers the full life cycle of wipes development including nonwovens, lotions and packaging — all the components necessary for a successful wipe — from product concept through commercialization. Participants will also learn about key test methods needed for U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Environmental Protection Agency approvals.
WOW officially kicks off with an evening welcome reception on June 29. The first two full days of proceedings offer presentations as well as tabletop exhibits. Companies confirmed to present during the conference portion of WOW include CHT Corp., Clariant Corp., The Clorox Co., Euromonitor International, Rockline Industries and Soane Technologies. Attendees have the chance to engage with the tabletop exhibitors during two networking-focused evening receptions on June 30 and July 1. Prior to the evening receptions, exhibitors also have the opportunity to deliver five-minute “Lightning Talks” where they can highlight new products, technologies or solutions for the wipes industry.
In addition, WOW will honor one company with the World of Wipes Innovation Award. After presentations from the finalists on June 30, attendees will vote for their favorite innovation that expands functionality and application with the winner announced and the award presented on the last day of the event.
Participants who are interested in small-group discussions may register for “lunch arounds.” These interactive lunchtime gatherings are designed to encourage conversation and collaboration offering attendees the chance to connect with peers, entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
