Oerlikon Neumag’s latest carpet yarn system, BCF S8, was on display at DOMOTEX 2020 in Hanover, Germany from January 10-13. The core component of the process is the Color Pop Compacting Unit (CPC-T) for a more flexible and even color separation. Individually controllable air pressures per color in the CPC-T provide pre-tangling and an opportunity for over 200,000 different shades. With a new design, the CPC-T is suitable for processes with low thread tensions.
The RoTac3 tangle unit is part of the standard scope of delivery for newer BCF 28 systems, with changes to the nozzle flow and the nozzle bearing arrangements that result in more efficient BCF yarn tangling.
