Dr. Taryn Kirsch, Senior Toxicologist & Group Head, Global Product Stewardship, Baby & Feminine Care, located at the P&G German Innovation Center. Dr. Kirsch, has a Master Degree in Biology and then did her PhD in Biochemistry at the Max-Planck-Institute of Biophysics in Frankfurt. She started her career at P&G in 2007 at the Brussels Innovation Center working as a Regulatory Manager and Food Safety Specialist. From there she moved on in 2011 to join the P&G Baby Care organization, gaining an additional degree as Toxicologist. Now she has further responsibility for Feminine Care human safety.
Dr. Robb Gardner, PhD, is a Senior Director and R&D manager for Baby, Feminine, and Family Care Analytical at the Procter & Gamble Company and an inventor on 43 US and EU granted patents. Robb joined Procter & Gamble in 1999 and has experience across multiple businesses including Fabric & Home Care, Oral and Personal Health Care, as well as P&G Corporate R&D.
