‘Market Pulse’ Submission Guidelines

International Fiber Journal’s “Market Pulse” column highlights important market trends and pricing data influencing fiber production and end-use markets. Submit your research to reach decision makers working for leading companies who employ man-made and natural fibers and fiber-related solutions in their product offerings.

The “Market Pulse” column appears in every issue of IFJ (six times per year), on its companion website ifj.com, and in the IFJ “Insider” eNewsletter. To submit your market research and/or pricing data for consideration as a “Market Pulse” profile, please provide the following materials:

  1. 200-400 word description of the focus of your market research and/or pricing data, explaining why it is relevant for those who manufacture or employ fibers, technical textiles, nonwovens, etc. as part of their business model.
  2. 200-400 word description of specific trends you are seeing in the markets and or pricing concerns you cover and how these trends figure to impact companies who employ man-made and natural fibers and fiber-related solutions in their product offerings.
  3. Highlight 3-5 specific data points you feel are particularly important, with short descriptions of each (bullet points).
  4. Please provide 2-3 visuals/figures highlighting specific elements of the copy provided and an author headshot. Please provide images in high-res (300 dpi in JPG, TIF, PNG, EPS or PDF format) and include a 1-2 sentence descriptive caption (as necessary).

Send materials to Caryn Smith CSmith@inda.org  239-225-6137 for consideration. We look forward to receiving your “Market Pulse” submission.
